Accessibility statement
Last updated: 5 November 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Sababid, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification.
Standard
- This site aims to meet Israeli Standard 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 level AA) and WCAG 2.1 level AA.
What we’ve done
- A clear page structure with headings, landmarks and a skip link.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and controls have enough color contrast, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are written out and announced to screen readers.
- Animation runs once, lasts under five seconds and is turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- The Hebrew pages are right-to-left with the correct language set.
- We don’t use an accessibility overlay or plug-in. Accessibility is built into the code.
Known limitations
- The handwritten notes and the stamp in the example at the top of the home page are decorative. Their meaning is written out in the caption below the example.
How we checked
- Automated testing with axe-core and keyboard testing, November 2026.
Contact
- If something doesn’t work for you, tell us and we’ll fix it: email hello@sababid.com or call 053-8219083.
